1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Murmur, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at signup) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the software beyond what applicable law permits, or use the service to generate or distribute unlawful content.
5. Content You Create
You retain ownership of patches and content you create using Murmur. By publishing a patch to the community library, you grant other users a license to download and use it under the community sharing terms displayed at publish time.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murmur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
